I'm sure few guitarist in successful bands take the time to stop and give their musical instructors credit. I have played many shows with my band, After Midnight, all of which have gotten rave reviews from our audiences. Everyone tells me what a great guitarist I am. I ALWAYS tell them it is due entirely to Craig Canedy, my instructor at Muse for Life. He's a great man and very humble, so he gets bashful when I tell him that. He says I had the talent, he just helped it along. Well, I may have had the talent, but he showed me what to do with it and that's what made all the difference. He taught me everything I know and inspires me to this day. Whenever I play I show, I always ask myself in my mind, am I playing fluid enough, am I relaxed, am I using melodic variety and space appropriately? My lessons through Muse for Life truly taught me how express myself as a complete whole through music!

Muse for life developed me as a musician and took my guitar playing to
a level I never thought could be reached. While a student at the
studio, I was challenged to express myself and expand my creativity. I
was provided with the skills to persue my dreams as a musician. I am
currently enrolled in Presbytarian College with a music scholarship
that would not have been possible without Muse for Life.
